2. Delivery Timelines

- Maximum delivery time: 10 business days (except for unforeseen delays like public holidays, bandh, elections or natural disasters).
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays).

- Flat Rate: â‚ą80 for orders below â‚ą499.
4. Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a Shiprocket tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

5. Undelivered/Delayed Orders
- Contact us at customercare@glowvanna.in if:
- Your order hasn’t arrived by the maximum delivery date.
- The tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it.

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping coming soon!
7. Address Changes
Need to update your address? Email us within 6 hours of ordering. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible.
